Delivery, Return & Exchange Policy

Our terms for the delivery, return and exchange policy will be summarized as follows:

Delivery Policy
Products will be delivered to the customer within 24 to 48 hours.

The delivery fee is 3 KD.

Return Policy

Customers have the right to return the product, if they do not want the product or if there is an error, according to the following conditions:
The product must be in its original, unused condition with the original packaging.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.

In case of return, the customer will not bear any delivery fees if the reason for the return is damage resulting from the storage and delivery process or a manufacturing defect. If the reason for the return is that the product is not in line with the customer’s preferences or has not been received by the customer, it is necessary to pay a delivery fee of 1.750KD.

If the shipment is returned due to non-receipt from the customer, it will be redelivered with additional fees or the amount will be returned after deducting the delivery fees. This also applies in the case of returns.

Exchange Policy

We are happy to offer product exchange under the following conditions:

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the invoice Date.

The item must be in unused condition, with original packaging.

To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team at +96599800486, and provide your order number and the reason for exchange.

Exchange is subject to availability of the requested item.

If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item sent, there will be no delivery charges for the exchange.

If the exchange is requested for personal reasons (such as change of color, size, or preference), a delivery fee of 2.000 KD will apply.
if the exchanged item differs in price from the original invoice, Cannon Home will send a payment link to the customer to complete the remaining balance.

The exchange will be processed within 2 business days after the request is confirmed.

Customers cannot return the product in the following events:
If the product’s specifications or packaging would prevent its return due to damage to the product or the impossibility of returning it to its original condition of purchase, that would prevent reselling it.

If the customer misused or damaged products.

If the condition of the product cannot be displayed again, or there are missing pieces or missing or torn packaging.

If the product is not in its original condition upon return, it will be redelivered to the customer at their expense, including all delivery and redelivery costs.

In the case of all personal care products, i.e., beddings, blankets, fitted sheets, towels, mattresses, etc., due to their nature of usage and health reasons.

Additional Information
Please note that the product’s color may differ between the site and the actual goods by no more than 10% due to lighting and photography.

Cannon Home is not responsible for any invoice after one month of its issuance.

Periods
Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the product.
